You know that moment when you see something, and there’s this little exploding light bulb in the back of your head? That moment when you read a random quote online, and have the sudden epiphany of what you’re supposed to do with your life? Well, I don’t, and this isn’t about that.
“Trying to motivate her was like trying to start a fire on a wet log without matches.” That’s the passage that gave me my little moment of clarity this afternoon; my little spark of, “That’s ME!”
This blog isn’t about purpose or passion. It’s about procrastination. Because who doesn’t want to read about everything I think and do to keep myself from doing what I need to get done?
Don’t lie. After all, you’re reading this description, rather than working on whatever project it is you’re supposed to be finishing…

Oh, and for those of you who actually want to know exactly what will be popping up here:
For the most part, it’ll be ramblings about whatever I happen to be thinking about at any given moment. Other times, I may actually put in some commentary about procrastinating. And occasionally, there’ll be a story based on a memory from my childhood thrown in for good measure.

Finally figured out how to change my theme *facepalm* so there’s now a side bar to get you to the archives and post categories and all that thingamajiggerbobness. The Posts tab is now completely irrelevant, but it means you can still access a long stream of posts as they were posted in the order they were posted, with no categorical organization whatsoever. Y’know, if you wanted.

Haha! You are quite the comic! I’ve been writing and procrastinating on this blog thing I needed to do because a year ago when I tried, WordPress was harder to navigate. Widgets did me in. My hair fell out and everything. Actually I pulled it out, in frustration. I’m not completely past my difficult points yet but it’s a bit easier. I never got to choosing a theme, where I am at now. Thank you for your help on showing me how nice I can make it look if I persevere.
I’m actually a lot more funny when I’m not trying to be 😛 I totally understand the confusion! I’m lucky, I guess. I have a very long list of people who have blogs that I can send mass messages out to on facebook for help when I need it, lol.
